Description:

The Training and OCM PM is responsible for managing the organizational change impacts and the coordination and delivery of end user Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.0 training. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities will be focused on impacts related to how the end users do their jobs using the new business processes and Oracle 12.0 application. This person is responsible for maintaining consistent processes and procedures for all training activities.

Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10 or 12.0. implementations. Oracle 12.0 implementation experience is preferred.
• Possess in-depth knowledge OCM and Training Processes
• Perform change impact analysis across organization
• Develop and manage Change Management Plan; including Communication Plan
• Ensure core competency training for all Oracle ERP end users
• Coordinate training schedules and timelines for end user training
• Develop training requirements, quality measurements and training improvements
• Identify and coordinate resources who will be responsible for conducting the actual training
• Work with Training departments to recruit and train Trainers for project launch training support and on-going new end user training support.
• Coordinate and manage training material creation; including printing and distribution
• Coordinate and manage training session logistics
• Create post training documentation update process; coordinate the turnover of these processes to the end users required support them post launch
• Create and implement training metrics and feedback processes
• Work as an integrated project team member
• Meet all commitments for deliverables
• Create, manage, monitor and control:
o Schedule – Participate in development and execution
o Actions – Execute and provide status
o Issues – Communicate, act on, and provide status
o Risks – Identify and look for trigger events
o Status - communicate status on assignments and home domain
o Plan
• Communicate within project team and others to all levels of the organization– Across, Up, Down
• Coordinate with Project Team members and Training Departments to develop and facilitate training
• Demonstrate Mercury Program stewardship by positively supporting fellow teammates in all actions, assignments, and communication
• Facilitating a positive team environment by coordinating, communicating, and including input across the program

Travel:
Consultants may be required to travel up to 20% of their time. Consultants must be able to travel without restrictions from the United States to Germany.
