Triad Technology Group | Referral Bonus Program
In celebration of our 21st year of service to Portland; Triad offers a referral bonus. Triad’s success today is due in great part to the many referrals we have received from our friends, our candidates, and our employees. We appreciate your continued community support in referring new candidates and new clients to Triad.
We offer the following referral bonuses:
- $500 for your 1st referral in a 12 month period.
- $1,000 for your 2nd referral in a 12 month period.
- $1,500 for your 3rd and any subsequent referrals in a 12 month period.
The Candidate Referral Plan:
Refer an individual that Triad has not contacted in the past six months, and if Triad assigns that individual to an assignment, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
The Client Referral Plan:
Refer a client that Triad is currently not doing business with, and if Triad is able to assist that client, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
If your Candidate or Client referral results in a new direct-hire, a contract-to-hire, or a contracted employee through Triad, the referral bonus is paid out when:
- The referred candidate begins an assignment within 3 months from the time the individual is first referred.
- The referred candidate works a minimum of 500 contiguous billable hours.
- Triad must have collected all placement fees and all guarantees must be fulfilled.
You may refer new positions within you current assignment, new clients, or positions with other companies in the area.
Triad Technology Group reserves the right to make the final decision whether to pursue the referral or not based on our strategic and tactical goals, profitability, the experience and background of available consultants, and general market conditions.
If Triad Technology Group is aware of the position, we will immediately inform you, in which case a referral bonus will not apply.
You are eligible for one referral bonus per each new referred client and one referral bonus per each placed referred individual per assignment.
