TRIAD was formed based on the belief that there was room in the marketplace for a firm which offered quality contract programming services at a reasonable rate while treating its employees as human beings vs. profit centers. These features are unique due in part to the fact that TRIAD was founded by an IT Consultant who saw a need for personnel services from a company that "gets" this industry.
