Since he founded Triad in 1989, and under Bruno’s leadership and vision, Triad has grown into a seasoned technical recruiting and contract staffing firm with more than two decades of experience serving the Pacific Northwest and has been honored by being chosen by Inc. Magazine as an Inc. 500 company and by the Portland Business Journal as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies in Oregon.
Prior to founding Triad, Bruno was the Managing Director for the Portland office of Source EDP, at the time the oldest and largest IT and Engineering Placement firm in the nation.
Formerly with Hewlett Packard Corporation, Bruno is a US Navy veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Whittier College.
As the founding Commander for the Tigard Community Emergency Response Team he continues to dedicate his volunteer time to helping the community mitigate the effects of a regional emergency through his public speaking.

Responsible for all business development and recruiting activities in our fast-paced results-driven environment. Uniquely qualified with almost 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Ed carries his work ethic and philosophy over to his exceptional dedication to his customers. Ed concentrates on building strong unified teams who work as professionals to meet individual as well as company goals.
Ed joined Triad in 1999 as a Technical Recruiter and has been steadily rising to the top
Born and raised in the great Northwest, Ed is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business Marketing. Ed enjoys a cold beer, a nice cigar, a round of golf, and spending time with his wife and daughters. He coaches classic level soccer (E license) and works out regularly. Ed is an active Member of SIM (Society for Information Management) and the Chair for the SIM Golf Tournament.

Responsible for business development and company operations at Triad Technology Group, Richard is an integral member of Triad’s team and a dedicated and resourceful manager. He applies his insight to our daily functions. His knowledge of the industry, interpersonal skills, and take-charge attitude help both his clients and Triad to succeed.
Since joining Triad in 2000 Richard has been involved in all aspects of sales and operations and has progressed from Office Manager to Technical Recruiter, Account Manager and currently Senior Manager.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. An avid film buff, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and raising organic backyard chickens.

With over 25 years experience in the Computer Staffing Industry, Mark has been with Triad Technology Group since 2001 in business development and resource management roles. Mark has a reputation for working closely with Client companies to understand specific requirements and delivering high quality candidates to meet those business needs.
Mark’s particular attention to the soft people skills coupled with his understanding of the technical aspect of IT needs, has produced a strong track record of successful placements for both temporary and permanent employment staffing.
Mark is originally from the UK where he attended Brooks University in Oxford, England.
When he can find time, Mark loves to go to the Portland Timbers Football matches and indulge his passion for live music shows, and every summer, can be found at the Waterfront Blues Festival.


Amanda has 10 plus years of business development experience and is an outstanding contributor to our team. Amanda prides herself on her ability to understand complex technical requirements and present top talent for Triad’s valued clients utilizing her knowledge of advanced sourcing.
She specializes in finding the needle in the haystack candidates for both direct hire and contract staffing positions and forming solid relationships with her clients.
Amanda is very active in the Portland business community and Software Association of Oregon. When Amanda is not working she is playing outside somewhere in Oregon with her two children, working towards her black belt in Karate and Jujitsu, or volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.

Marcus has a solid track record of locating hard-to-find professionals for both direct hire and contract staffing positions. Marcus takes great pride in his ability to understand complex technical requirements and present top talent for Triad’s valued clients.
Initially joining Triad in 2001 as a technical consultant; Marcus’ technical knowledge, tenaciousness, and sourcing skills enable him to consistently find the right match for our Clients and Candidates.
A graduate of the University of Portland with a degree in Political Science and a certificate in Peace Studies, Marcus is an Eagle Scout and an active member of the local community as a member of the Tigard Community Emergency Response Team.

Jeff brings a wealth of IT recruiting experience spanning a range of diverse industries. He has a track record of locating hard-to-find professionals for both direct hire and contract staffing positions utilizing his knowledge of advanced sourcing.
Jeff prides himself on being a techie and understanding complex technical requirements. His tenacity, skills, and work ethic enable him to identify the right Candidate for hard-to-find positions.
Jeff is a native Oregonian who enjoys the great outdoors and is a techie at heart. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing disc golf and camping

Kelley brings her enthusiastic and positive attitude to Triad as well as her work ethic and experience. She is detail oriented, task driven, and is fanatical about customer service.
Kelley is active in her community volunteering at the public school, church and her Homeowners Association. She also served six years in the Air Force. She volunteers for the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) for the annual Pass the Boot fundraiser. Kelley enjoys camping and runs at least three miles every day!

Retired in 2010 after 10 years with Triad, Jack continues as a trusted advisor and GM emeritus.
Jack Carpenter brings over 30 years of management experience in the IT services industry to Triad. Previously Triad Jack was the Regional Manager for Best Consulting with P&L responsibility for seven branch offices across the United States.
Jack was born and raised in the great Northwest and has almost 45 years of sales and marketing experience beginning with Honeywell Information Systems.
